Today was a most unusual day.  I went to the chiropractor and stopped by the grocery store.  I did have breakfast today so I did not feel rushed.  It is not unusual for me to have lunch at 1:00.

I must have forgotten to take my diabetic medicine.  I got the shakes, dizzy and knew my sugar was crashing quickly and badly.  Good thing I bought some sushi & seaweed.  I tore through it quickly.  Unfortunately a sugar crash has a way of wiping you out.  I was like an over boiled noodle.  I knew I would be useless now.

I took a nap that turned out to be a 4 hour job, complete with dream.  Sigh.  As my mom would say “A whole day shot to hell!”

I think I have to go back on those dang pink pills in the morning and begin the barbaric practice of testing my blood sugar regularly
