Therapeutic massage seems to be working

  • Mood: One day at a time
  • Weather: Sunny & warm (80F)
Yesterday, I had a therapeutic massage for my ever so stiffening and painful shoulders.  It has gotten to the point that my range of motion, along with the things I am able to do, are being compromised.  So I tried it.  I was skeptical.  It worked. I am sore but I have a much greater range of motion and less pain.  I need to go two times a week (35 bucks, money well spent) for about a month.  That is until my muscles remember.  Eventually I will just need a once a month session.

I am in less pain and it seems to be helping.  My chiropractor could not adjust my shoulders because it was not a bone and alignment problem, but a muscle and ligament problem.

I plan on doing the Monday and Friday appointments with my adjustment afterwards.  It will be nice to have use of my arms and shoulders again.
