New Year’s eve at George & Andira’s house.  I can think of no better place to spend New Year’s even.

For one thing the food was fabulous. I went back for seconds I enjoyed it so much.  George was a professional chef and it shows in his cooking, which is an art.

Then there was the company.  I have found no better group of people.  None more accepting as this crowd.  Some I haven’t seen in 8 years, other’s new friends.  All were like family.

I am on a lot of medication, so I only had campaign at midnight.  Unfortunately I violated my 11th commandment. “Thou shalt not go to bed thirsty.”  At 2:00 AM I didn’t want to get out of bed to get a drink of water.

Bad idea.

I woke up with such a headache.  I wouldn’t mind if I had tied one on and paid for it, but to have stayed stone sober and wake up with one’s head throbbing.  ACK!

Now it’s off to NJ
